They might be right if the consumer is fully aware of their small prints and hidden costs. Very often, the consumer is in shock to see their bill is 50% more or even double over their expectation. To name a few of these hidden costs, some charge you for every call they pick for you, some charge you for the printer you bring in, some force you to use their service even after you leave. In some extreme cases, your contract will be automatically renewed three months before the end of term. In most serviced offices, contract term is only 6 months. Jumpstart Business Centre, on the other hand, tries to make ourselve transparent as possible. Our pricing scheme is all-inclusive, hence, no additional charge for the most basic features like Internet, phoneline, beverage and call handling. We also do not have setup fees nor exit fees.
